12° (116 x 63 mm). Collation: A-Z⁸, Aa-Gg⁸. 237, [2] leaves, wanting one of the last leaves blanks. Roman and italic type. On the title-page woodcut printer's device. Contemporay limp vellum, traces of ties. Smooth spine, inked title in a contemporary hand (rather faded). A very good copy, covers partly detached. A pale, minor waterstain at the lower blank margin of the last quires. Remains of a paper label on the front pastedown.
